Our processing time before an order ships out is 2-3days, excluding weekends.
Once the processing time is complete, it will be delivered to you within 4-5 business days, sometimes faster.

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made such as portraits.
Note your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
