It shows a little boy playing with his new favorite superhero nurse toy, while action figures of Batman and Spiderman are discarded in a wastebasket. The nurse with her arm outstretched as if in flight, wearing a cap and a face mask as if soaring off on a new mission, with the Red Cross emblem emblazoned on her chest.
